As part of our scope of work for the high-rise mixed-use residential project, we developed a coordinated 3D BIM model covering architectural, structural, and MEP systems. The model was used to enhance design visualization and ensure accurate integration across all disciplines.
We performed detailed clash detection to identify and resolve conflicts early in the design phase, significantly reducing the risk of rework and construction delays. In addition, we generated an automated Bill of Quantities (BOQ) directly from the model, ensuring precise quantity take-offs to support cost estimation and procurement.

As part of our scope for the airport project, we developed a detailed LOD 450 BIM model for all Electrical systems, including power distribution, lighting, fire alarm, and low-voltage systems. The model included fabrication-level detail with accurate routing, equipment placement, supports, and connections, fully coordinated with other trades.
From this model, we extracted precise 2D shop drawings for installation and fabrication, aligned with project standards and field requirements. These drawings were generated directly from the coordinated model to ensure consistency and accuracy.
